Major Changes

A big balancing patch witch affect all abilityschools with the target, to lower damage and crowd control and also boost some less used abilities.

Modifiers

Physical/Magical Damage Reflection

  • Final value capped to 60% (before uncapped)
  • Value per imbuing tier changed from [T1: 8% / T2: 16% / T3: 24%] to [T1: 3% / T2: 6% / T3: 9%]

Relocate

  • Precast time changed from 0.1 seconds to 0.5 seconds.

Minor Changes

  • All mobility spells aside from Relocate (i.e. dashes and Battle Jump) now have 0 pre-cast time.
  • Battle Jump has been completely rewritten to be a lot more responsive and better synchronized visually on different clients.
  • Pressing hotbar buttons no longer interrupts spell casting – you now need to issue an attack or a movement command to do so. To better convey this, hotbar buttons now turn grey while casting.
  • Transitions between casting and attack animations of players now work properly, while before they were broken in several ways.
  • Minor CPU usage optimizations when many characters are on screen.
  • Opening chests now reveals hidden players.

Bugfixes

  • Other players on your screen now correctly animate when starting to cast or attack while moving.
  • Other players on your screen are now closer to their real server position and tend to “slide” less when moving and turning.
  • Other players no longer slide on screen when using Relocate.
  • Fixed a major issue that would cause the UI not to load correctly under certain conditions.
  • Spell Damage Increase and the Cantrip Master talent no longer increase the healing of magical spells.
  • Insect Swarm no longer ticks twice as often as it should.
  • Attacking with a weapon that is imbued with a damage conversion and is also poisoned no longer causes it to deal crazy elemental damage.
  • Fixed various error messages when using the Socketing Station.
  • Fixed a minor issue that would cause an item tooltip to stick when imbuing.
  • Creatures defending a chest now appear immediately when the event is spawned.
