Slayer Armor Set
The Slayer Armor set is a Tier 2 heavy armor set.
It pairs the incredibly good physical protection of the Plate Armors, with a set bonus which increases the offensive power of the user. As such, it is aimed at aggressive heavy armor builds.
This set bonus depends on the use of Combat Abilities, which are the ones from the schools of: Warfare, Hunting, Assassination , Martial Arts, Musicianship and Leadership.
It is composed of metallic materials and offers a good insulation toward heat (15), and an average insulation toward cold (10). Users of this set will experience issues only in the most extreme climates.
It offers an excellent physical (800) and a minor magical (220) protection. The protection is the same against all types of damage.
Once you wear all the 4 parts of this set, you unlock the Destructive Tempo set bonus:
"Whenever you use a Combat Ability, you gain 50% bonus Critical Damage for 10 seconds. This bonus stacks up to a maximum of 200%, but is lost after the first Critical Strike you score."
It is composed by Slayer Armor, Slayer Boots, Slayer Gauntlets and Slayer Helmet. In total it has an Armor Encumbrance of 80.
The components of this set have a base durability of 400.
