The Scholar Clothes set is a Tier 2 Category:Light armor set.

Thanks to its generic bonus to spell damage and mana cost reduction, it is a set commonly used by casting builds which use Category:Light armors. It is composed of cloth materials and offers a very good insulation toward heat (20), and a good insulation toward cold (10). Users of this set may have troubles when traveling in very cold areas, like the North of the Aerhen continent.

It offers a minimal physical (100) and a minor magical (220) protection. The resistance increases to 580 against Magic Damage.

Each part of this set offers the wearer a Mana Cost Reduction bonus. 5% on the chest piece and 2% on the others. In total, the wearer gains an 11% total mana cost reduction.

Once you wear all the 4 parts of this set, you unlock the Empowering Wards set bonus:

"Whenever you cast a magical ability, you gain a cumulative Spell Damage Increase bonus of 3% for 8 seconds. The bonus stacks up to 30%."

It is composed by Scholar Clothes, Scholar Boots, Scholar Hood and Scholar Gloves. In total it has an Armor Encumbrance of 10.

The components of this set have a base durability of 250.
